Airfoils and Vanes

Cobham produces complex, high tolerance, high temperature structural components for aircraft engines. Components currently being manufactured include stators and vanes. Cobham engineered tooling, designed and qualified the production processes and designed and qualified dedicated compression molding production cells for difficult to process high temperature materials.

Noise Suppression Panels

Cobham produces complex, high tolerance, high temperature noise suppression panels for aircraft engines. Cobham engineered tooling; designed and qualified the production processes for difficult-to-process high temperature materials and honeycomb core materials. We developed and qualified the complex machining process to meet all the noise suppression requirements.
