Vacuum Bag/Oven Curing

We have broad experience completing oven cures of parts. Our largest oven will accommodate a 16 foot long mold heated to 300 deg F. We design and fabricate our own tooling and develop and qualify each process to meet the specific requirements of each program. Oven cure parts are supported by post mold finishing operations including edge trims, cut-out and fastener hole drilling as appropriate using our well equipped suite of part finishing tools including our large 5 axis NC router. Cure processes are designed and qualified by our in-house manufacturing and engineering and production staff to optimize the production process and reduce touch labor. Our production experience includes all aerospace grade resins and fibers.
